Such a great routine to do in the garden today! I love that these routines have heart pumping moves, stability/balance, strength and core and the pace makes breath work much more deliberate. Anyone seeing this thinking low impact doesn’t = high intensity will be surprised by this one! ❤
This was murder!! Amazing and challenging workout. Don't get fooled by the "low impact" because when Kaykay says it's intense it IS intense. More of these please 💪🔥

Back from a vacation and directly jumped into this thinking it must be a low impact was almost dead calories burned 440 kcal. Out of all the channels your workouts are the most different. Please do a functional body weight with compound moves. Thank you❤
